Leaders of Department of Commerce of Hubei Province and Shaanxi Province Doing Research in RZ
On May 19th, accompanied by Peng Guojian, the Director of Domestic Trading Division of Department of Commerce of Hubei Province, leaders of Department of Commerce of Shaanxi Province came to RZFL to do research regarding to the development of financing and leasing industry in Hubei province at a time when Expo Central China 2015 opens. The Chairman Xie Xiaoqing, General Manager Cai Hanming, Vice General Manager Nie Liu and Peng Qilong as well as other leaders of RZFL welcomed and received the visitors and attended the symposium.
Established in 2008, RZFL is the first exclusively foreign-owned financing and leasing company, authorized under the approval of the National Commerce Ministry, specialized in financing and leasing service. The company’s registered capital has increased to 41 million dollars compared to the initial 10 million dollars after 7 years’ innovative development. RZFL now has cooperated with many banks and its business has been covering direct leasing, leaseback, vendor lease etc. It focuses on the financing and leasing of manufacturing facility, construction machinery, transportation equipment and medical device. Regarding the business, RZFL makes Wuhan as its center and relies on Wuhan city circle to expand its business Hubei province and key areas in the surrounding provinces and actively expand the business in Yangtze delta area.
So far, RZFL has provided financing and leasing service to hundreds of SMEs nationwide with an aggregate capital over 4 billion yuan, which effectively relieves SMEs’ financing difficulties and generates a good reputation effect in the market.
In the symposium, the Chairman Xie Xiaoqing introduced the current market situation and development trends of the financing and leasing industry and the General Manager Cai Hanming delivered a speech regarding RZFL’s financing and leasing business.
